Internal logistics and sustainable organizations for the analysis of agricultural systems

The present research work aims to provide referential evidence on the relevance of internal logistics in the advancement of agricultural organizations towards sustainability. The methodological foundation is based on a fundamental review of the state of the art between the concepts of internal logistics and sustainability in organizations to support the hypothesis that logistics processes contribute to the sustainability of agricultural systems. The results of the searches indicate that the literature has devoted relatively little attention to establishing this relationship between internal logistics and level of sustainability, which gives an adequate level of originality and analytical capacity to address the complex problems of agricultural systems.
